Other classes of shipping service/oversized items: Apart from our Free Shipping Offer-If you choose a method other than GROUND DELIVERY during the order process, you will be given a list of shipping methods. You can pick the one that suits you and you will be charged accordingly. How Long will it take for my order to arrive? We do our best to ship your order within 24 to 72 hours of the order entering our system. Some special order items may take up to 10 days or longer to ship. The shipping time-WHEN THE ORDER LEAVES THE WAREHOUSE, for every item we sell is stated at the top of the item web page next to the buy button on tghe page where you place your order. All orders enter our system the next business day. If your order was placed on a weekend, it will not enter our system until Monday. This means orders placed on weekends may take up to five days or longer to ship. Once shipped, delivery is in the hands of the courier or the freight company. The class of courier shipping service you select "next day, 2nd day 3 day delivery" is in effect once the order leaves the warehouse. We provide tracking information soon after shipping by e-mail so you can track the progress of your order. Freight deliveries can not be expediated, meaning the expedited service above does not apply. Freight shipments usually take one week or longer to arrive. The freight company will call you to arrange a delivery appointment before making delivery.

How do I find my order number? Your order number is in the subject line of every e-mail we send. Brandsplace sends a copy of your order to you minutes after the order is placed.

Inspecting Your Shipment: We ask that you inspect the condition of your delivery prior to signing the delivery slip. If you see damage to the box, please note it on the delivery receipt. You may want to open the box while the driver is present. If the contents are damaged, refuse the shipment and notify us by calling 1-877-884-1157 or e-mail orders@brandsplace.com.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship outside the continental USA. Sorry, we are unable to ship to military APOs.

Returns Policy: PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT CONTACTING US. Returns require a return authorization number and instructions on where you need to send the return item. You can contact us toll free 1-877-884-1157.

  • Please examine your order as soon as it arrives. Before using the item, please make sure it's exactly what you ordered. If you feel you do not want the item or you received the wrong merchandise, please call us toll free: 1-877-884-1157. We will gladly correct any error that may have occurred and assist you in every way possible.
  • Damaged Items: In the event your order arrives damaged you must notify us immediately, BrandsPlace will replace the item*, pay the cost of shipping the replacement to you and the cost of returning the defective item to BrandsPlace. *In rare instances, replacement may not be possible if the item becomes discontinued or out of stock. In that event we will offer a refund or substitute. Damage to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to us within one day of receipt of the shipment.
  • Defective Items: In the event an item is defective on arrival you must notify us immediately, BrandsPlace will replace the item* pay the cost of shipping the replacement to you and the cost of returning the defective item to BrandsPlace. *In rare instances, replacement may not be possible if the item becomes discontinued or out of stock. In that event we will offer a refund or substitute.
  • Problems with merchandise after 30 days: All merchandise we sell is covered by the manufacturers warranty. We will gladly assist you in contracting the manufacturer or we will do it for you so you are satisfied with your purchase. Just call us toll free: 1-877-884-1157. We are here to help.
  • Restocking Fee Returns or Refused Orders: In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase at any time within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return the item to us. All returns must contain the original packaging, manuals, instructions and accessories. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee applies depending on the merchandise in question. Please understand that the manufacturers charge us a restocking fee. In many instances, we are unable to return the item to the manufacturer and as we do not sell used merchandise, we sustain a loss on returns. All returns or refused orders are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. Freight charges incurred by BRANDSPlace.com is not refunded on non-defective product returns. Motorsports items: scooters, motorcycles, Go-Karts may not be returned.
  • Clothing, shoes, skates: If the size you received does not fit, we gladly exchange the item and waive any restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping cost and we only charge the cost to ship the item to you again.
  • Returns are only accepted in their original boxes, and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled it is no longer returnable. Special order products such as items where fabrics can be selected are non refundable.
  • Sorry, we do not accept returns on personal care items such as electric razors, pore cleaners, trimmers, due to obvious health concerns. Fragrances may only be returned in the original, sealed package. Bedding is not returnable.
  • How do I get a return authorization number? If you would like to exchange or return a product please call or e-mail: order@brandsplace.com or call: 1-877-884-1157 for a (RA) return authorization number. Upon receiving the item, we will effect a refund or exchange. Please include a copy of your original order, name, address, phone number and a short note explaining exactly what the problem is with the purchase. If you are replacing an item and wish to save time, you can order the product you want immediately by calling us or going directly to www.brandsplace.com. Although your credit card will be charged for the new purchase, a refund will be made as soon as we have the returned product in hand. Once an RA is issued it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us the order has been returned and provide us with the return tracking number so we can process the refund.
  • Motorsports-Motorsport items: Motor scooters, motorcycles, go-Karts may not be returned. All orders for these items are considered "special order" and no refund will be issued under any cercumstance. Manufacturers Warranty: Motorsport items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that covers parts. Labor is only covered if the item is returned to the manufacturer. In the event the item is returned to manufacturer, freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Equipment shown on any Motorsports items is subject to change. Please inspect the item at the time of delivery for damage. In the event you find damage, make sure to note it on the delivery paperwork, bill of lading and retain a copy. You have the right to reject delivery if the damage is significant. Brandsplace assumes no libility whatsoever regarding injury of the rider. Always wear protective clothing, eye protection and a DOT approved helmet when operating a motor sport vehicle.
Return Policy Checklist:
  • All items being returned must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number.
  • Return policy valid up to 30 days from date of purchase. The manufacturers warranty may exceed 30 days. Motorsports items: scooters, motorcycles, Go-Karts may not be returned.
  • All Return merchandise must be in its original sellable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original materials, accessories and manuals that the manufacturer included with the merchandise.
  • Returns must be sent freight prepaid.
  • Personal care items and special order merchandise are not returnable.

Return Policy Suggestions:

  • Save the original packing (box) for at least 30 days and if possible, longer.
  • Keep all original receipts and invoices so you have proof of purchase.
  • Keep tracking numbers or receipts in case your return item becomes lost.
  • Insure the return with the shipper in case the item becomes lost.

What constitutes a defective item?
Please understand: Any item being returned must be obviously defective from the factory. We do not accept responsibility for misuse or mishandling. Products that are returned as defective will be inspected and will only be replaced if the defect is factual.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS/ORDER-Some merchandise we sell is custom made for you. If you are ordering a custom made item, please know the order can not be canceled after 24 hours from the time the order was processed. We will only accept returns on custom made items in the event the merchandise is defective at the time of delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
Most purchases enter our order system within 30 minutes of you placing the order. You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing that order by calling us at:
1-877-884-1157 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You can cancel an order anytime we are not open by sending us an e-mail to: order@brandsplace.com.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be backordered automatically and we will e-mail or call you and inform you of items being back ordered and confirm the balance of your order.

What is your policy on Privacy?
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to support@brandsplace.com. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. Due to the fact that the transaction is electronic there is a possibility that you, as the buyer, can make a mistake and send the Gift Certificate to the wrong person.
