Vincent Van Gogh's dreamy image is recreated here, carved and handpainted on an exquisite keepsake boxes fashioned in the ancient Chinese art form called Coromandel. It is the carving of clay over wood, hand painting with an oil base paint and using several layers of lacquer as finish. It is this finish which protects the art work and gives our product its very shiny look.
